Cleaning Technique
Wipe off the dirt from the wooden furniture using a soft cotton cloth damped in a mild cleanser. Use only wood-friendly cleaning products. Do not use rough or excessive moisture cloth for cleaning.

Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
Avoid Exposure To Sunlight
The furniture must be protected from direct sunlight and heat to retain the color or polish of the wooden product.
Avoid Chemicals
Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
Use Mats And Coasters
Please make sure you use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
Reach Out Quickly
In case of a spill, do not leave the stain unattended. Take action on the stains immediately by wiping the surface with a soft cloth.Note : To maintain the quality of the product, make sure you do not use coarse material on the wooden surface.
Dry Out
Take a dry cloth and wipe the surface where you had applied the cleanser. Please make sure you do not rub the spot briskly.

Please note: Do not drag the bed to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Specifically, in the case of Particle Board or MDF beds. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

Delivery:

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.
Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.
Your product(s) will be held for 10 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. After this, WoodenStreet shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

Installation:

Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
If The Delivery Condition Is:
- Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
- Expert Assembly – expert assistance is required, for which WoodenStreet will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
- Basic assembly/DIY – the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.
